Anubhav Rastogi

He began his career at EY, where he handled transfer pricing and corporate tax matters. He went on to build extensive litigation and advisory experience with leading law firms and consultancy majors, most notably a decade-long tenure at Price Waterhouse & Co. (PwC), where he rose to the position of Associate Director.

He holds a B.Com. LLB from Pune University (2008), is a qualified Company Secretary (CS Professional, Institute of Company Secretaries of India), was admitted to the Bar Council of U.P. in 2010, and is a member of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association.

Throughout his career, Anubhav has independently advised and represented a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across infrastructure, financial services, information technology, and communications sectors before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities. His representative client roster includes organizations such as Samsung Heavy Industries, Ebix Cash, the UK India Business Council, Thiess Minecs Pvt. Ltd., Mary Kay Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., and Ventureast Proactive Fund Mauritius.

His core areas of expertise include Income Tax, GST, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Debt Resolution and Recovery, Arbitration, Data & Privacy, and Corporate & Commercial Laws.
